Briggs urges young people in West Lothian to take part in MSYPs’ survey

Miles Briggs, Scottish Conservative & Unionist MSP for Lothian, is urging young people under 26 in West Lothian to take part in an online survey which has been set up by the area’s Members of the Scottish Youth Parliament (MSYPs). The survey seeks the views of local young people on a range of issues including transport, alcohol and healthcare, covered by motions that will be voted on by MSYPs from across Scotland at the next sitting of the Scottish Youth Parliament at Holyrood.

Speaking today Miles said:

“ I commend West Lothian’s MSYPs for their initiative in seeking to find out local views on the motions that will be debated at the next sitting of the Scottish Youth Parliament.

“ I encourage as many under 26s as possible in West Lothian to participate in the online survey and have their say on some of the important issues which will be considered by Scotland’s MSYPs.”

ENDs..
