Briggs Welcomes TalkTime’s Launch of a National Counselling Service for Young Disabled People

TalkTime was set up in 2015 by Josh Hepple and his mother Seonaid Cooke to celebrate Josh graduating from Stirling University in Law. The charity provides a tailor made counselling service for young people with a disability, to relive anxiety and build confidence.  Over the last three years TalkTime has worked with over 30 young people in Edinburgh, with a wide range of impairments, offering face to face counselling. Today the charity has gone national, providing the same service across Scotland by telephone or video link.

Miles Briggs comments:

“TalkTime is a superb charity that does great work in supporting young people who have a disability.

“I am delighted that TalkTime have expanded their service across Scotland so that more people can benefit from this excellent service.”
