Briggs Encourages People to Vote in West Lothian MSYPs Consultation

West Lothian Members of the Scottish Youth Parliament (MSYPs), are holding a consultation on how best to vote for the members' motions at the next national sitting in June.

They are asking that constituents under the age of 25 (inclusive) be encouraged to fill in this consultation.

YoungScot rewards members will get a code for 25 points after completion of consultation.

Miles Briggs, Scottish Conservative Lothian MSP, said:

“The Scottish Youth Parliament is an excellent organisation that gives young Scots invaluable experience in how the political system works.

“West Lothian has a strong tradition of young people being Members of the Scottish Youth Parliament.

“The representation of young people is particulary important in 2018 Year of the Young Person.”
